There was a strong thirst from God that drove me to the only club I joined at secondary school, the “Scripture Union.” I was the president in the final year. When I completed my ordinary level certificate exams, I stayed with my elder brother and family in Accra, Ghana. One evening, to attend nature's call, I picked up something thrown down and crushed it to use as a toilet paper. Before using it, I flipped to read it, and what I saw convinced me that it was not a material to use for that purpose, so I saved it. This happened to be my introduction to the Message. I quickly wrote to the Spoken Word Publications, U.S.A., who then mailed me two Message books; namely “The Name Of Jesus,” the other, “What Shall We Do With This Man Called Jesus.” This was in 1970, and when I seriously started reading the messages, and I was baptized. I have ever since been in the Message and thank God for the Message I picked up on the floor. It was, I believe, the message “What Was The Holy Ghost Given For,” and I still have that message in the same form as I picked it up. To God be the glory.
In 1993, I was elected into the office as the VGR representative for Ghana, and have remained ever so committed.
I sincerely believe and share the vision of Brother Joseph and VGR to set up a place independent of all the various groupings in the Message in order to give them the pure and unadulterated Word of God, which our Lord Jesus Christ through the Holy Spirit gave the prophet. I thank God for the family of God's prophet to this age and the work they are doing for the entire Bride body of Christ today.
