Does God still provide? Is He still Jehovah-Jireh? This family found out the Lord doesn't only meet our needs, but He always does the extra for His children if we just ask Him, and step out in faith.

I have a testimony I would like to give to the Bride of Christ.

My wife is having lessons 24 miles from the city where we live, and she has always used public transportation to get there. Yesterday, we didn’t have any money left on our bankcard, and I was wondering how I would find a way for her to go to her class. I thought of borrowing money from a brother, but I hesitated, and I finally forgot to ask him. Later at night, I was talking with a brother in the faith, who lives in the States, and he told me that VGR had sent an email to everyone and I checked it. I saw the encouraging message: “Ask, and you SHALL receive!” I started praying, and I asked God, “Lord, my wife has to go to her class because it’s important to her, and I don’t have the money to pay for her transportation."

In the morning, I went with my wife to the station. We tried to pay for the ticket, but there wasn’t enough money on the bankcard. We gathered a few pieces of money we found in her wallet, but she told me, “We can only pay for a one-way ticket, Honey. What will I do for the way back?” I told her, “God will provide, we will find a solution for the way back.”

By the Grace of God, during the day, we had an unexpected transfer of money on our bankcard. She was able to pay her ticket for the way back, the one for tomorrow and for another 10 days. Yes, it is true, “Ask, and you SHALL receive!” The Lord watches over His Children and He takes care of them.
