Norway Outreach

Brother David Forsberg and a team of believers in Norway are out there again, blowing the Gospel trumpet loud and clear in the Norwegian town of Kongsberg. After sending out 20,000 invitations, the preparations had been made for a day of passing out tracts, praying for sick, and witnessing to the people about the Voice of God sent in this day.

Here is his latest report on their witnessing efforts in southern Norway.

Greetings in the Name of our Lord and Saviour Jesus Christ!

We were so blessed to see this one on the Feed,

Print Department

The Print Department finished printing a total of 600,000 Norwegian, Shona, and Zulu tracts.

We used the "apple card" on all the 20,000 invitations we sent out through the local mail a fews days before the trip. Also, the local newspaper wrote about us coming to the city, and we made several ads in the newspapers.

Early in the morning we met the team, and prayed together before we went to the missionary trip. Ten o`clock we arrived at the city. This time we were 18 believers strong. We quickly set up the tables with all the materials, the gap tapes, tracts, books, and the cards. We also had with us a large loudspeaker and microphones.

We started to sing all the old good Norwegians Gospel songs. It created a very special atmosphere there in the street. The people began to come, and they stopped for a while, looking, listening and so forth with smiles on their faces. Three brothers went around, and gave out books and tracts and so forth, as we were singing.

Then came a radio reporter and set up his microphone. He began recording some of the songs. He came to us and asked us to sing in the studio one day in the future. He was a very sincere nice person and asked for prayer for his legs that were hurting so bad. We laid hands on him and prayed for him. Right after the prayer he began to say, “I feel better, I feel better...”

We continued to sing some more songs about our Saviour, Jesus Christ. Two ladies sat down on the bench in the front of us to listen to the songs of Zion with tears in their eyes; they were very touched. We found out that they were sisters, and one of them had got our invitation in the mailbox. They live in another town, which is a one hour drive from Kongsberg. She was so surprised that she even checked all the mailboxes of the neighbors on the street where she lives. She was the only one that received one.

They told us that their father believed Brother Branham’s Message, and that he passed away many years ago. He used to listen to the very old tapes of Brother Branham. Now, they wanted to know more about what their father had and believed. We are sure the God of Heaven is calling them. We gave the gap CDs and material, and they were very glad to receive it. God is so good!

We witnessed to lots of people in the streets. We also played one portion of Brother Branham with the translation into Norwegian, which sounded out to the people. After that, brother David took the microphone and introduced our dear prophet. The atmosphere was so strong in the street that even people came forward to be prayed for.

One young, nice Christian gentleman came and received books, and the audio.

Our day in Kongsberg ended successfully at ten in the evening. We drove home happy and could say with thankfulness in our heart:

THANK YOU LORD JESUS CHRIST FOR MAKING THIS POSSIBLE!

Thank you, Brother Joseph and VGR, and all the believers that have prayed for us.

In Christian love,

Bro. David & Sis. Ellen & The Team

Let's sing it sweetly now. All of these good little Norwegian voices, come right out now. You might not be an—a melodious singer, but sing with your heart.
