The village is called Nazareth, but it is far from Israel. It is found in the remote bush of Zambia, and it was there that a radio was turned to the right station and the prophet once again had the opportunity to minister to the people of Africa. 

Radio programs continue to be one of the most common and effective missionary tools used in the African countries. Brother Davinson Mwanza, VGR Librarian in northern Zambia, and his church continue to sponsor a local radio broadcast, and they continue to see the results of this outreach. Here is Brother Davinson’s latest report of how a searching soul heard his broadcast, and invited him to come to Nazareth.

Dear VGR,

Greetings in the Wonderful Name of our Lord Jesus Christ.

I trust all is well with you as it is with us, being that we are in His Presence always feasting on the revealed unfailing Words of promise in our day. Here is a testimony of the outreach work in this area through the radio broadcast of the voice of God’s prophet in our day, still alive to the saving grace of His elected in our day.

On Sunday the 7th of December 2014, I aired the message, “Straight Is The Gate” 59-0301. I have an open phone line at the end of the messages that are aired over the radio station. Among the calls that I received that day of thanksgiving for the Message, one man called and said, “This Message that you preach to us on the radio is the Truth.” He said, “Please come to our place, we want this Message here. Come without fail, there are many people here that enjoys this Message.” I promised him that we would be at their village, called Nazareth. From Isoka, where we reside, to Nazareth is about 32Km.

On the 13th of December 2014, we took our trip in a cab to Nazareth. The gravel road is not so bad except some places that made the journey long; about a one hour trip. We arrived at the house of the brother, and he welcomed us with his family. He invited people that he could, and soon we had fellowship around the revealed Word of the hour, starting with water baptism in the Name of our Lord Jesus Christ. No one had a question of contention on the subject, because I believe the Lord had revealed the Truth to them.

On Sunday December 14th, we went again for church service, since the small streams have dried up due to prolonged drought this season in that area. We had to arrange for Tuesday, December 16th to go and pick them up to baptize them at a river, 11KM from his house; this we did.

This week we will have our service at Nazareth primary school where we have asked for a classroom. We expect many more will be coming to this place to dine with us as Master is calling them through the “Still Small Voice” that transforms the inside man and edifies him for rapturing faith.

Also there is another new Message church. I baptized their pastor and his wife and those he has come out with from the Pentecostal denomination. I have given them enough tracts from VGR in Bemba, including books. A brother there told me that he and his wife are witnessing to the people in their village and surrounding areas. He has told me that there are some that have believed as they read the Truth on the Godhead and water baptism from the tract, “Jesus Christ Is God.” I understand they are enjoying the Messages very much.

These are the fruits of the radio Message broadcast. There are places where people that have believed the Message on the radio still wait to be baptized and distribution of Messages to them.
