Shunned

17 These things I command you, that ye love one another.

18 If the world hate you, ye know that it hated me before it hated you.

19 If ye were of the world, the world would love his own: but because ye are not of the world, but I have chosen you out of the world, therefore the world hateth you.

John 15:17-19

Brother Branham said,

The love would be so far away, in the last days; the only love there would be left, would be between the Elect of God’s people. “The father would be against mother, and mother against father, and children against parents, and different ones against each other.” And the only love would be left, would just be that Elect, just the Elected. The word “Elect” there comes from the word “Elected,” God’s elected people.

Why is it that when someone receives God’s Word into their heart, those who may have never mentioned religion before quickly become religious? Often, they begin persecuting the person who has made a change, and more often than not, that persecution comes from a religious perspective. Why do they lose their love when it comes to religion? And further, why is there such animosity for Christians among unbelievers?

But the Bride should be different. She should show love, no matter the circumstances. This young brother has experienced what it feels like to be shunned, and he shares his testimony with us.

Shalom, Bride of the Living God. I am Brother Malachy, from the Grâce Tabernacle in Pointe-Noire, Republic of Congo. I was born in a Christian family, and my dad is a minister, and because of this reason, I am hated everywhere I go.

Some family members have thrown me out of their house, because I was asked to choose between the end-time Message or leaving. I would rather be thrown out. I am showered with insults because of this Message, as it was foretold that we would be hated for Christ’s sake.

I will keep holding on. Your prayers for my Christian walk will help me. May God bless you.

God bless you,

Brother Malachy
