We would like to share our testimony of God’s Grace and Mercy to our family this summer. God is always there watching over us, and how thankful we are for His Love and Presence that is ever with us.
We were planning a nice couple days away from home near Lake Cumberland (Kentucky) with our family that had come into town. Our first morning there we were following one another in our vehicles on a winding road down to the boat dock, when suddenly our son in the vehicle in front of us had to run off the road to avoid being hit by an 18-wheeler truck. Both the front and back of the truck was in his lane. Seeing the near collision we realized the truck had not corrected itself completely, and my grandson, driving, tried to get over out of the way, but the truck struck the left front of the driver’s side with the back wheel. We all don’t remember much, we were pushed back about 20 ft. into a tree on an embankment.
Being very shaken up, we immediately thanked the Lord Jesus for saving us and healing us, we would not be here to give this testimony if it were not for God’s Love and Grace to us! After being taken into the hospital and checked out, we all were spared, no broken bones. I even realized after a few days none of us suffered with whiplash! What a miracle!
I have always keep the Pillar of Fire picture in my car, on the front dash driver’s side, I know God truly was there that day and we just cannot praise Him and thank Him enough with all our hearts for His Love and Protection!
On Sunday, for our family service, my husband felt led to play the tape, “Door To The Heart.” At the end of the tape, Brother Branham said:
Brother, sister, if you'd only look around and see how good God has been to you. You could been laying in a hospital tonight. You could been laying yonder in a graveyard tonight. That real close call you've had in the last few days [Blank.spot.on.tape--Ed.]... took your life out there on the highway. There's just so many things could've happened, but God's good to you. He loves you. He's knocking at your heart's door. You're able even to walk out here tonight.
After hearing Brother Branham say that, it just got to our hearts and was a confirmation that our lives had been spared by His Goodness and Mercy and Grace. May we all realize the closeness of the hour and with every breath in us, live every second for our Lord Jesus, for He loves us so much!
God bless you all there at the Voice of God, and thank you for all your love and prayers for us, and for giving us the Pure Word of God. May you be encouraged to keep pressing on the battlefield for your Lord Jesus.
