Translations are of vital importance to us here at VGR. The reason we have such a rigorous checking process is because these sermons are the lifeline to millions of believers around the world who do not speak English. Whether the text is in Spanish, French, or Chinese, those translated words are how people come to know Brother Branham’s Message. We want to give them the very best.

A good translation starts with a Holy Spirit filled translator who has the highest respect for the Word. Brother Johannes Khanya is our translator for South Sotho, a common language in South Africa. As you will read from his letter, Brother Johannes not only has a gift for transcribing the Word, he also has a gift of putting his own words together.

Greetings to the Bride of Christ in the Name of the Lord Jesus Christ.

We recently received Brother Keith (VGR South Africa Manager), Brother Timothy (VGR Kimberley Office Manager) and Brother Steven Young (recording engineer) in the heart and centre of our Republic, Bloemfontein, and they were carrying with them the Word of God for nourishment of souls, God’s Wrapped Gift, and their encouraging exaltations was to listen to those tapes and to stay with their teachings. The host of few churches and their pastors were privileged to have Brother Branham preach to them that Sunday morning, and what a refreshing! And this time we heard: God Hiding Himself In Simplicity and Revealing Himself The Same, our bonds and fellowship are strengthen since then and were planning to hold such meetings more often on our own. My personal testimony is that one straying soul and four individuals gave their hearts to Christ that morning, and may God guide them in all Truths.

The program, Search For Extra-Terrestrial Intelligence, has spend millions of dollars on elaborate radio telescopes to scan the skies for incoming radio signals. The idea is that if a radio signal contains some pattern of design, then it would have to be caused by intelligent life.

So too, the program, The Voice Of God Recordings, which is the Voice of Jesus Christ speaking to us; have picked up, not some accidental signals with some pattern of design, but God’s Immortal, Eternal, everlasting Word coming from Somewhere, and if Those Words contain a specific pattern of design that Divinely interprets the Bible from Genesis to Revelation, and the interpretation flashes from time to time on the Urim Thummim, without any negation, then It would have had to be effected by some Intelligent Life.

We have a Sending Station, Amos 3:6-7, and a receiving station.

It has been said that given sufficient time, a chimpanzee with a typewriter by a random pressing of keys, will eventually type out an entire copy of the Bible, word for word.

In 1990, I was given a typewriter to translate The Voice of God into the South Sotho language, word for word what the prophet said. From that time, I’ve probably typed ten million words which I believe to be the Voice of God caught on the magnetic tape recordings. I’m not randomly typing some man’s idea which was creating some fancy sentences or doctrine! It’s the Mind of Christ communicated to us. Thank you for the opportunity.
