Report From Our Durban Office

Brother Vinod Devnarain was released from prison earlier this year, but was basically placed under “house arrest” in terms of his parole conditions. However, a few days ago these conditions were lifted, thereby granting him the freedom of movement. His first port of call was to visit our offices to stock up on the Food that he has so hungered for since his time in prison.

Brother Vinod first came into contact with this Message whilst in prison. In his quiet time with the Lord, he listed a number of questions on a piece of paper, and topping this list was, “What did Adam and Eve do to cause the world to be in such a horrible condition?”

He was pleasantly surprised that within days of him asking these questions, a prisoner named Michael, who was transferred from another prison, came into contact with him. Brother Michael so happened to be Message believer and after introducing themselves and finding out they were both Christians, their conversation quickly revolved around the Lord.

This then gave Brother Vinod the opportunity to ask the questions that were upon his heart. Needless to say all his questions were answered, and ever since, his life had been transformed. The first book that he read was, “The Greatest Battle Ever Fought.” He later made contact with the Durban Office and was supplied with the much-needed resource. During his time in prison, he had the opportunity to share the books with many other prisoners.

Brother Vinod has expressed, from the bottom of his heart, his most sincere thanks and appreciation for the support and encouragement that he has received from everyone that has played a part in his spiritual walk with the Lord.
