One day the Voice of the prophet uttered the following:
This is not our home, we're just sojourning here trying to bring other citizens out of the darkness. And go into a city and maybe I hold a city-wide campaign, just plow away for a week or ten days, for one precious soul out there; one, just one sitting out there.
You might say, "The meeting was a great success, five thousand came to the altar"; there might not be one of them saved, not a one of them. See? And there might be... You might think there, "Only two people came to the altar"; but one of them might be a jewel. We just seining in the creek. God picks out the fish, He knows which is fish and which is not.
61-0108 Revelation Chapter Four
This is exactly what happened at our recent tape outreach meeting, at Kambale village. A typical African village, with unique round dirty houses that is so away from any civilization so much that there is not even network coverage. Once you are there, a mobile phone, no matter how expensive turns into some toy.
For two days, the Voice of the prophet, Brother William Marrion Branham, was heard loud and clear across the village; people seated in their small round grass thatched houses, listened to the special Voice as it hunted for the predestinated seed.
The attendance was quite impressive. The gathering joined the singing and was visibly enjoying each moment of it. Now it was time for the main thing; listening to the Voice Of God from the tape, the villagers humbly sat down and enthusiastically listened to the prophet preaching.
Indeed, we just cast the net and God picks out the fish, He knows which one is fish and which is not. At the end of the meeting, only one soul came forth in desperation wanting to be baptized.
The entire arrangement of these meetings and all that was spent were just for this one catch, Praise the Lord.
