We were blessed to host a wonderful YF event in Arizona, with approximately 130 youth in attendance, along with visitors from Canada, New Mexico, and Pennsylvania.

The Lord truly provided perfect weather. After a week of cold, rainy, and windy conditions—and with record heat expected the following week—Saturday was clear, calm, and a perfect 68 degrees.

There was great excitement leading up to the event, with nearly all of the volunteers from the December event returning to help again. The team arrived early for setup and was ready to warmly welcome the youth with coffee and muffins as they arrived. We gathered together and greeted them on behalf of Brother Joseph and the VGR team, sharing his burden for the young people and encouraging them to stay in the Word through the YF program.

Throughout the day, there were activities for all ages. The younger children participated in a special Creations project centered around the “7 Angels Cloud,” while the rest of the youth enjoyed games, fellowship, and time together. Lunch was served, followed by more activities and time at the YF Bistro.

One of the most special moments came during Quiet Time in the afternoon. A deep peace settled over the grounds, and many of the youth remained in prayer even after the scheduled time had ended, gathered under trees across the field, not wanting to leave His Presence.

Dinner was prepared for nearly 200 people, and despite the large crowd, everything was served quickly and smoothly. The evening concluded with singing and worship around a bonfire under the stars, creating a memorable and uplifting end to the day.

Leading up to the event, the volunteers were inspired to spend the week in prayer, and we truly believe the Lord answered those prayers in a powerful way.

We are so thankful to Brother Joseph and all who made this event possible. It was a great blessing to all who attended.
